These Terms & Conditions (T&C) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and engaging with our services. By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue to use our website or services.
Services
Peachy Tea provides professional 3D design services, including but not limited to:
Character Design
Product Visualisation
3D Art for scenes and objects
Each project is tailored to the client’s needs and may include a custom package. The scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. Any additional requests or changes beyond the agreed scope may result in extra fees.
Payments & Refunds
A deposit of 50% is required to begin the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.
Full payment must be received before final files are delivered.
Refunds are not available for completed work. If a project is canceled before completion, any refund will be at the sole discretion of Peachy Tea, based on the work already completed.
Revisions
Each project includes up to two revisions as part of the package.
Additional revisions beyond the included two will incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon before proceeding.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving the draft files.
Intellectual Property
Clients will receive full ownership of the final designs upon full payment. This includes all relevant files, such as Blender files and rendered images or videos.
Peachy Tea reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio or for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Liability
Peachy Tea is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the delivered files or designs. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all work before final delivery.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project if necessary. If the client is unresponsive for 14 days, Peachy Tea reserves the right to terminate the project and retain any deposits or payments made for work already completed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England, U.K
